Icy should be in the community sources to open Installer or Cydia, either one is fine.

Go to the search bar and type in "Icy Installer"

Once you find it, it should be a picture of ice, download it,

then, REBOOT

Open it up and start trying it out, its basically the same thing as installer, but its not as good as Cydia!
